There are several functions in the registrar module to help you determine if a Contact is already registered using a given AOR. After that you can use flags to the save command to indicate if you want to set a max number of contacts for an AOR (for example one contact) and if you want to throw away this registration or over ride the existing one in the event that max is already met. http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/2.2.x/registrar.html#id294033 Hope this helps.
