This seems to have been fixed a long time ago [1], so I'm a bit puzzled.
Just to be 100% sure, can you try to locate the exact binary path your
OpenSIPS service is running on, and figure out the exact version that
way? (e.g. output of "/usr/local/sbin/opensips -V")

Opensips 2.2.2.
I am also using rest_client - for each call, before being proxied, an
http request is made by rest_client. Before and during this time the
http server was overloaded and took quite long time. I am suspecting
that this is linked to it but would like to understand how exactly.
