Hi all I migrate from 2.3 to in 2.4 on Centos 7.4. OpenSIPS 2.3 starts without going to background, while drouting module fetches all rules from DB into memory.
OpenSIPS 2.4 goes to background immediately, and fetches rules only after that. If you try opensipsctl fifo dr_number_routing mts 0 9195643210 command during this moment it restart dr_reload.
