Right, no "raise_event" in 2.2 . Maybe doing t_uac_dlg via MI - the
request will be exposed in the local route...where you either discard it
(via drop()) or do a dummy routing a foo destination.

There is no script route called when you fire a reply via MI. The
onreply route is called only for incoming/received replies.
