Hi, Yes, I have configured "boxes" and "systems", but I would like way to configure "system x" to use specific "DB config" and "system y" to use different "DB config". Because different systems needs to have different DB entries, like drouting have own carrier/gateway settings per opensips instance.

A "system" is a collection of "boxes", of similar OpenSIPS instances to be handled in the same way (like receiving reload MI commands). So, have you defined the 2 boxes ?
