To whom may care
I am running example12 in pw with QE6.4.1 on MacOSX10.14.6.
The example is about noncollinear/spin-orbit case with DFT+U and Ultrasoft
pseudopotentials.
I run
./run_example
In the terminal and get errors like this
Program received signal SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference.
Backtrace for this error:
And a long list for this backtrace (if it’s important, I will post it next
time)
And I have this at the bottom of the terminal
mpirun noticed that process rank 3 with PID 0 on node nbp-146-110 exited on
signal 11 (Segmentation fault: 11).

This error occurs whenever the calculation starts scf
As additional information, I compile the QE with the fftw3 come with octave,
otherwise it wouldn’t work.
