no, it says something different:
  WRITE(*,*) "This code reads a &system/ namelist from standard input"
  WRITE(*,*) "containing ibrav and celldm(1..6) as in INPUT_PW."
It is admittedly ambiguous: "containing ONLY ibrav and ...." would be
clearer
