Dear developers,I want to know how to calculate the dynamical quadrupoles
in the newest version (v7.5) of qe. According to the release notes on QE's
GitLab, version 7.5 now supports calculating dynamical quadrupoles similar to
ABINIT. However, the official QE website has not yet updated the documentation
describing the relevant input tags. Could you please provide guidance on how to
perform this calculation?
