Since the current release was built around the 6.2 release time you may 
find that a lot of the packages are already up to the 6.2 versions. We 
don't label minor releases or refer to them as such in RedSleeve since 
it is all a single, ongoing release/update cycle.

Indeed, the rootfs was intended to be as sparse as possible. The idea 
was to provide _just_ enough to get a network interface up and running 
(you can temporarily manually assign the IP) and use yum to install 
anything else you might need.
