The last couple of times I've used yum I noticed: http://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/redhat/el6/en/x86_64/rpmforge/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404" Trying other mirror.
It looks like the URL is missing a "mirror/dag".
