It does not specifically list the servers with rsync-access, but at least
the following should work:
rsync://be.mirror.eurid.eu/rpmforge/
rsync://repository.vsb.cz/repoforge/
rsync://mirrors.ircam.fr/pub/dag/
rsync://fr2.rpmfind.net/linux/dag/
rsync://mirror1.hs-esslingen.de/repoforge/
rsync://archive.cs.uu.nl/dag.wieers/
Try another closer to you for rsync access to be sure.
