Any chance of upgrading perl-DBD-mysql to the latest version? The
current one has a nasty bug that breaks percona tools, see here:

I have just changed the version number in the spec and it builds and
runs OK, so it should be a straightforward thing.
Its literally a 2 character change, do you want me to create a pull
request if that would be easier?
