Never mind...I had epel configured and it was throwing everything off, even though I'm using the yum priorities plugin. After disabling epel I was able to pull down the other perl RPMs I found (I still have a whack of perl modules missing that are needed for the RT4 install). NB: I'm not sure why epel was breaking things for me.
