Sorry all - never mind.

Have found that by settings the addressbook type to 'sql' it creates both the
personal addressbook and allows ldap ab access.

Cheers!!

Subject: [RCU] AddressBooks

Hi All,

Quick question on AddressBooks in Roundcube.

I have two client sites set up using an ldap directory address book searching
based on a field within the directory - all working fine. This however leaves
them as a read-only global address list and nowhere to add personal addresses
within the webmail interface.

>From what I can find on the web, the choice is to have either a SQL address
>book or LDAP - not both. Does anyone know of a plugin which has been written
>to permit using a personal address book alongside the global ldap addressbook?

Cheers,
Peter

Email slow, clunky, unreliable? Switch to Yahoo!Xtra Mail, New Zealand's new
email address.
