Hi – I’m trying to support a small local branch of the Humane Society with their webmail issues. They have a ongoing issue where their ID and password simply stop working (“Login Failed”), preventing them from accessing their mail. I have checked the obvious “is it plugged in?” issues like using the numeric keypad with numlock off, proper case sensitivity, etc., and can’t solve this. Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks! Jackie
