That appears to be a problem in the cloudview plugin, not with Roundcube
itself.

Kindly ask the cloudview programmer to fix this problem. What else
should you do? Cloudview is apparently not programmed by the Roundcube
developers. And you do not even provide the exact version of cloudview
plugin, so how should someone help you here?
