That looks like a problem with our outgoing SMTP configuration (postfix software).
You're getting a 553 error (relaying not allowed), and the reason message suggests that this is because you are not "logged in"; i.e. not authenticated with your relaying server "mx02.kolabsys.com". Not a Roundcube issue.
