Hi,

1/You might try to access your roundcube server from the outside(I
mean not the server roundcube is running on and not your local network),
and see if you get the same problem than your users or not.
--> If not, then it is a problem particular to your user's set up and
not the server.

2/You said you're using virtual user with mysql. So, it seems it is not
a roundcube issue but more an MTA/MDA one.
