This is a webserver issue where Roundcube is unable to find the
mime.types mapping file in one of the standard locations. Thus find or
download the file and add a $config['mime_types'] entry to
/var/www/webmail.domain.it/config/config.inc.php containing the
absolute path to the mime.types file.
