Indeed this looks like a valid replacement for TinyMCE. The only thing missing is the drag & drop / copy & paste inserting of images which are then saved as data: urls. This is currently the only way how to get images into signatures in Roundcube and kind of a show stopper. But maybe there's a plugin for that which I just didn't find.
