SWIG does not support PHP7 and will probably not anytime soon as the API
has changed a lot [1] and the main person working on PHP support in SWIG
does not have time for it [2].

So we probably have 3 solutions:
- Go back to php5
- Disable php support in most packages
- Support 2 versions

See the e-mail above. The discussion is right now going into the direction of 
going back to PHP-5.6 for our next release.
This would enable libkolab and libkolabxml to build again.
