(Assume you have shell access to your maildir folder).

cd into your maildir folder and run command:
du -ah .
(include the dot).

It will list sizes of every file and folder in that directory. In the end, 
it’ll tell you the total size of your maildir directory.

To see your inbox size, run:
du -sh $MAIL

If you don’t have shell access, ask your admin to help.

I delete messages into Roundcube web interface, but disk space usage
doesn't change after this. I also check mail folder size via Outlook and
it shows correct value.
