Hi, I'm struggling to troubleshoot an intermittent issue whereby a user cannot login to their mailbox via Roundcube. Other users on the same domain can login. The log entry I'm seeing is:
------- Failed login for redacted@redacted from redacted-IP in session redacted-session-id (error: 4) ------- I'm able to access the mailbox via IMAP using other email clients and via telnet from the server where Roundcube is installed which rules out firewall, fail2ban etc. I've also been scouring the internet trying to determine what exactly an "error: 4" is, but I haven't found any useful information. Can anyone assist with a description of what "error: 4" is? Thanks! Stephan
