Hello, Thank you for your advice. You gave us four things to try. Unfortunately none of the four successfully resolved our issue. The header of the date field is visible, but no date is shown. For simplicity I will address each of the four individually.
1) Tried other skins in roundcube? Yes we have tried classic, larry, and elastic. Larry and classic have a place for the date but the date is blank. 2) Looked at raw email headers, confirmed there is a Date: header? Yes, an output of a message header is below.
