Is there detailed documentation for the roundcube configuration in config.inc.php and defaults.inc.php?
when users have made change in roundcube ui then settings in config.inc.php is not used anymore for the ui settings, so to reload config.inc.php ui settings you need to delete that users prefs with the supported bin/ tools in roundcube
