In the commit "header" you'll find tags (releases) in which this commit

In this case the version will be 1.6-beta. This is when the file was added.
To complete the search you have to do the same for the next file(s)
(with higher name) in
https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/tree/master/SQL/mysql
Answer: you have version 1.6-beta or 1.6.x, but not 1.7.
