This does not seem like a Roundcube issue. Roundcube is an email client, not an email server.

Your email server would be something like Postfix, Microsoft Exchange, etc. If you've got an email provider that is utilizing Roundcube as their front end, you'll need to reach out to them regarding the bounces. They can look at their logs and the email message headers to help figure out what is going on.
