Hi 

I am not sure that gnome-applets includes all the files, it only seems
to include that single
file /usr/lib64/bonobo/servers/GNOME_StickyNotesApplet.server. Also
sticky notes is not included in the list when i right click add to
panel.

Though i have read sticky notes was removed from fedora 12 in favor of
gnotes, so maybe that is the reason.
