@ Eric : I changed the equations as u told it shld be written... I checked my manual solution too, the function is coming to be zero. There is one more thing..in this case, since i have worked out manual solution,so i know the guesstimates for my all 8 endogenous variables so i put those as argument in the function fsolve..but if i put some other values which are not close to the solutions then it is showing error....
