Ok then please either refer to the mentioned bugzilla's workaround <http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14182#c2>, or download the latest nightly build <http://www.scilab.org/en/development/nightly_builds/master> that doesn't require you to install http2 or ssh2.
