The script is a bit long to follow, but most importantly, you don't specify what is the the problem. I would suggest to split the script into parts that work well individually and thus isolate the problem. Frequently the problem when attempting to do non linear regression appears in an initial guess that is not sufficiently close to the actual solution, particularly when the candidate function is not monotonous. Besides, you are using a function from an atoms toolbox that doesn't seem to be maintained. Another suggestion is to try to use functions readily available in Scilab (except for very specialized functions). Some functions that could help are datafit(), leastsq() and lsqrsolve().
