Depends on the actual configuration.  But the SQL backend is quite
different (and might lack a few things compared to what's possible with
ipsec.conf/swanctl.conf based configs).  Refer to the SQL scheme and [1]
for details.

Currently, the only IPv6 test case that uses the SQL backend is [2].
