That's right. You have some example programs at the wiki:

I tried to write one myself, but the marmotta db began to grow to
gigabytes (for a small triple set).
Probably there is any wrong rule or loop. Unfortunately we have no
debugging tool besides the justifications created by the reasoner.
I'd recommend you to to start trying with a basic subset of axioms and
add more until you find the wrong one
