Could'nt we have a more explicite message when there is no project.xml file than the null pointer exception... (something like no project.xml found, the current directory is probably not a maven project directory.).
This is whishable when working with peoples that don't really know anything about java... And don't always take care of their current directory (like the graphist I am working with !) Thank's.
