That would be because you're using the reactor to run site:deploy in the
subprojects:

>       goals="clean,jar:install,site:deploy"
>       postProcessing="true"
>       ignoreFailures="true"

but you're (defaulting, at least) to running just 'site' in the
top-level project:

Try 'maven site:deploy' from the top level.
