How about a page like "Maven in use" ? I think it would help an amount of people...

Look at some of the projects that use it and check out the code from cvs. Examples are: maven itself, geotools2 (http://www.geotools.org), plexus-components (http://plexus.werken.com/). Or if you're familiar with JBoss, I have a JBoss build which uses it. You can download the files here
