Hi Folks, when the snapshot-version of a jar file in the remote repository is newer than the one in the local repository, maven doesn't overwrite the existing snapshot file in the local repository when loading the current version from the remote repository, but stores it with the appendix ".incomplete". The file with the appendix ".incomplete" is complete, i.e. it isn't corrupted.
