In the Maven project directory structure, where do you store your TLD files?

The pure maven way would be to set up 2 subprojects - one for each artifact. However, it seems a bit overkill to have a separate subproject for a single file (tld). Is there any way that this (producing and deploying multiple artifacts to repository) can be accomplished using only one project.
