Hello, I have been looking into the best way to deploy artifacts into my remote repository. I need to be able to use ftp to accomplish this task. The artifact tag library has support for this. The war and ear plugins currently use the artifact tag library, so no problem there.
The jar plugin uses the deploy plugin to deploy but the deploy plugin does not support ftp. I think it would be simple to convert the jar plugin to use the artifact tag library and I have time to do this. Would this be a good patch?
