They weren't releasing it as a separate jar last time I looked, but I did compile a snapshot onto ibiblio. Might be worth hassling them to get it released separately if anyone else has interest in it.

(I packaged it up for a guy at work, the feedback he gave me was that it was quite extensible and easy to use - we now use it to poll over 300 devices across the state every 24 hours)
