Are you sure that you have access right to this direcory? Have you tried if you can use sftp with tools like "SSH Secure Shell for Workstations"?

I've got a problem with deploy goal. I use following settings in properties.xml:

maven.repo.pentarepo.username=mgu
maven.repo.pentarepo.password=xxx
maven.repo.pentarepo.directory=/opt/maven
maven.repo.pentarepo.port=22
Everythink seems to be OK, but there are no files on the server after all. Do you have any idea?.
