Just an update. I rebuilt OpenEJB and Geronimo, and it took away all those errors except the ones for openejb-core. It seems they didn't build that snapshot? Though that's not the point.
I have, however, found the reason for this happening. It seems it is what I suspected, in that it tries to update those pom/jar files, fails because it can't them, and thus leaves them alone. Next time it tries again. So I am able to fix this by simply "touch"ing the files, thus updating their modification dates. I'll just keep doing this until later this month when these libraries are released, and thus they can be updated properly. Just though I'd let everyone know, in case someone else suffers the same.
