The solution is: there is no Spring Security 3.0.0.RC1 (or M1) in the repository! For the moment I use Spring Security 2.0 and it works with given repositories.
The URLs doesn't work because of the strange interface of Amazon S3 service. One have to specifiy the excat URL and cannot view the repository with a browser. The question remaining is: Where is Spring Security 3? But this is indeed a question to the Spring guys.
