The above artifact is a pile of cack.

You're better off using

            <dependency>
                <groupId>org.apache.openejb</groupId>
                <artifactId>javaee-api</artifactId>
                <version>5.0-1</version>
            </dependency>

or another equivalent I think geronimo has one too
