This is outside the domain of Maven. From the website: "Apache Maven is a software project management and comprehension tool. Based on the concept of a project object model (POM), Maven can manage a project's build, reporting and documentation from a central piece of information." Where does it say "Maven will also help you deploy/install your end product into your production environment"? How does Ant or another Java build tool support your use case?
