WSS4J 1.5.4 used the wrong groupId for Opensaml (opensaml instead of org.opensaml). It was fixed in WSS4J 1.5.5. The JDK1.3 BouncyCastle dependency is not in Maven Central, but it was removed as part of WSS4J 1.5.5.
