Posting this question reveals that you don't understand the very basic fundamental concepts of Maven. Go back to the beginning, read the documentation on the website, do the Maven in 5 minutes and Maven in 30 minutes exercises, grab one of the free ebooks on Maven and work through a sample project or two, and then come back when you have real questions.
