Hi I recently developed a maven plugin , which calls a set of archetype's on my local machine .m2 repository to create a module structure.
1) Now i want to upload the archetype's to nexus repository so that i can use -DarchetypeCatalog=http://nexusrepo/.../archetype-catalog.xml , so that i can use them on any machine . What are the steps to upload a archetype to nexus repo? 2)I was suggested to do maven release:prepare, perform on project . How does it help me?
