Yes, when I run them by hand (in the jenkins checked-out workspace) it runs fine and most other projects run fine from Jenkins. Most failing projects worked fine in the first place, but I always had to run the very first build by hand. After that initial build, they would run fine, but some of them just seem to hang. Btw: most project profiles in Jenkins, including the ones that hang were created using copy existing project.
