Hello, after a while I found a possible way to accomplish the task. Based on http://javarevisited.blogspot.de/2011/12/parse-xml-file-in-java-example-tutorial.html I wrote a plugin. According my colleagues it works fine. for the next step I want to extend is so it can be run under Unix/Linux and Windows (at the moement it works only with Windows).
